By creating an account, making a booking or placing an order on KumbhConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or payment. Bookings on behalf of family members remain your responsibility.

KumbhConnect is a technology platform that connects pilgrims with independent pundits, vendors, travel providers and official Kumbh information sources. Rituals, products and travel services are performed and supplied by these third parties, not by KumbhConnect.

Pundit qualifications, vendor product descriptions and listing content are provided by those parties. We verify listings on a best-effort basis but do not warrant their accuracy or outcome.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message. Slot availability during Shahi Snan and peak Kumbh days is limited and allotted on a first-come basis.

Ritual timings may shift due to crowd control orders, weather, river conditions or directions from the district administration. Where a slot must be moved, we will offer the nearest available alternative or a refund per the Refund Policy.

You are responsible for arriving at the stated ghat or temple on time with a valid booking reference and government photo ID. No-shows are not refundable.

Samagri kits, rudraksha, idols and other items are sold by listed vendors. Natural products such as rudraksha beads, garlands and herbal items vary in size, shade and finish; minor variation is not a defect.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Deliveries into the Kumbh zone may be delayed by traffic restrictions.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; KumbhConnect does not store card credentials.

If a payment is debited but the booking is not confirmed, the amount is auto-reversed by the gateway, typically within 5-7 working days.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no fraudulent bookings, resale of slots, scraping of live darshan streams, impersonation of pundits or officials, or uploading unlawful or disrespectful content.

Live darshan feeds are provided for personal devotional viewing only and may not be rebroadcast or monetised.

KumbhConnect's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking or order concerned.

We are not liable for injury, loss or delay arising from crowd conditions, river conditions, acts of authorities, force majeure or the conduct of third-party providers. Pilgrims must follow all instructions issued by the police and Kumbh administration.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
